Position: Territory Sales Representative (Trainee Level Applicable)

Compensation: $60-90K for starting salary + uncapped commissions + phone + car allowance + benefits. Top tier sales representatives are making over $500K!

Location: San Bernardino/Riverside area in CA (territories go out 75-mile radius)

Responsibilities:
? Seeking a 100% commission sales role in 36 months of employment - top performers make $500K+ in the company! Compensation will start with 100% base and transit to 100% commission over 36 months. Are you ready to bet on yourself?

? Maintaining specific product knowledge of the products, services, and equipment the company offers within the distribution industry

? Working effectively with a team to complete sales negotiations to meet targets

? Making customer needs a top priority

? Building relationships with customers to craft solutions-based products

? Analyzing, developing, and cultivating leads to expand territory business and ensure progress

? Performing required duties in accordance with Company Values

Requirements:
? Limited job-hopping background (less than 2 years per previous roles)

? Hunter mindset in creating an aggressive plan for territory sales

? Must have customer engagement experience in the past; sales experience not required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Type: Hybrid office meetings only on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons

Preference is directed towards candidates with previous packaging industry experience, but treinee level candidates may apply as well if they are eager to learn!
